Drive sales of Neon One’s nonprofit SaaS platform through the full sales cycle, from discovery and demonstrations to negotiation and closing. Manage pipelines, convert qualified leads, position solutions, track sales KPIs, and collaborate with SDRs, partners, and internal teams. Support successful customer onboarding and handoff to account management while maintaining strong prospect relationships and awareness of nonprofit market trends.

Lead the strategy, architecture, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce Agentforce agents and AI orchestration systems. Build Data360 and Snowflake integrations supporting unified customer profiles, design prompts and agent logic, establish governance and safety controls, and oversee real-time data synchronization. Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success leaders to transform workflows and customer journeys into autonomous systems.

Research, write, publish, and maintain user-focused technical documentation, support articles, release notes, and software guides. Collaborate with instructional designers to develop Academy courses and learning paths. Translate APIs and software workflows into accessible instructions, align documentation with multimedia learning materials, and structure content for AI retrieval systems. Use generative AI tools to improve research, editing, and production efficiency while maintaining brand voice, accessibility, and content accuracy.

Full-cycle accounting ownership including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, account variance analysis, audit support, GAAP compliance, and process improvements while collaborating with FP&A, Billing, and HR.
