Designs and implements Hightouch Identity Resolution solutions for enterprise customers. Assesses data architectures, develops identity rules and data models, debugs customer issues using SQL and server logs, explains system behavior, and identifies product gaps. Partners with sales engineering, support, and technical account management while advising technical and executive stakeholders on data strategy and identity architecture.

Leads enterprise customer discovery and data architecture engagements, translating marketing goals into activation use cases, schemas, identity rules, semantic layers, and measurable outcomes. Directs AI agents and customer teams in building and validating data transformations, owns implementation quality and performance, and develops reusable reference architectures. Serves as the long-term technical architect and channels customer needs to product teams.

Own enterprise email and SMS deployments from technical discovery through production launch. Lead architecture workshops, migrations, integrations, configuration, testing, SMS provisioning, consent management, deliverability readiness, and cutover planning. Advise customers on technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and messaging architecture while partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers. Develop scalable implementation frameworks, documentation, tooling, and best practices for enterprise deployments.
