Coach a portfolio of Hilton hotels through structured service improvement programs. Responsibilities include diagnosing service gaps, facilitating root-cause analysis, creating and monitoring action plans, advising hotel leaders, analyzing guest and operational data, coordinating corporate stakeholders, tracking program progress, and supporting sustainable performance improvements. The role is remote within the U.S. with travel of up to 75%.
