Teams at Hines

Supports the Community Manager with residential property operations, accounting, rent collection, reconciliations, financial reporting, invoices, resident communications, delinquencies, evictions, move-outs, vendor coordination, and maintenance scheduling. Acts as on-site supervisor when needed, supports owner relations and community tours, handles resident satisfaction, and responds to emergencies. The role is fully on-site, requires flexible weekend and holiday availability, and may involve physical inspections and occasional overtime.
