Lead forms and compliance for homeowners P&C products: own the forms lifecycle (drafting, versioning, SERFF filings, implementation, retirement), monitor regulatory and ISO changes, translate requirements for Product and Legal, enable growth with underwriting and engineering, establish governance, and hire/develop a forms analyst.

Owns operational backbone for lifecycle marketing: campaign logistics, reporting intake, ESP data hygiene, data governance, and legal/compliance coordination. Ensures accurate targeting, audit-ready metrics, stakeholder reporting, and timely approvals to keep campaigns running smoothly.
