Lead implementation projects from contract through go-live, configure use cases, coordinate clinical, operational, IT, and EHR teams, validate patient data integrations, document workflows, and build scalable onboarding playbooks. Travel 25–40% to client sites for deployments, stakeholder meetings, workflow mapping, and go-live support.

Leads regional customer success for health system partnerships, managing Directors and senior Customer Success Executives. Owns executive relationships, enterprise implementations, clinical workflow integration, customer success metrics, retention and expansion sales. Builds scalable onboarding, training, change-management playbooks and operating frameworks while partnering with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales teams to improve adoption, operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and net revenue retention.

Own end-to-end deployment of a voice AI platform for health plan customers, from contract signature through go-live. Lead implementation timelines, configure dialers and agent workflows, coordinate member data onboarding, validate data quality, and align population health, care management, clinical, IT, and vendor teams. Create implementation charters, playbooks, checklists, and reusable templates, establish scalable onboarding processes, and hand off fully documented deployments to Customer Success. Travel 25–40% to client sites and periodically to headquarters.
