Provide procedural and clinical support for implementation and adoption of the Edison histotripsy system. Support live cases, site launches, physician onboarding, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with account managers, commercial, clinical, and R&D teams to drive utilization and procedural growth. Maintain clinical excellence, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and strong relationships with clinicians and staff. Travel within the assigned territory up to 75% for on-site support.

The Market Development Manager builds and qualifies hospital and health-system pipeline for the Edison System by mapping target accounts, engaging physicians and administrators, conducting discovery, and handing off qualified opportunities to Area Sales Managers. Supports trade shows, KOL identification, and coordinates post-sale handoffs to ensure program launch and utilization growth while maintaining pipeline reporting and compliance.

Build and qualify regional pipeline for the Edison System by mapping target accounts, prospecting and engaging physicians and hospital stakeholders, conducting discovery, and handing off well-documented opportunities to Area Sales Managers. Maintain territory plans and pipeline metrics, coordinate account handoffs into program launch and utilization growth, support events, and ensure regulatory and AdvaMed compliance.
