Own end-to-end US customer deployments from kickoff through commissioning, validation, go-live, and operational handover. Coordinate customers, engineering, operations, equipment, logistics, site readiness, safety, and technical dependencies. Lead customer communication, on-site deployment activities, testing, acceptance, risk management, and cross-functional issue resolution. Develop repeatable deployment processes and playbooks as Hive scales its US operations.

Own Hive’s live US customer operations in Texas, including operator recruitment, training, shift coverage, safety, quality, KPIs, customer communication, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Build the initial US operating infrastructure, support early autonomous-machine deployments, establish scalable procedures, and create feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Lead operators and develop reliable, safe, and predictable operations across customer sites.
