Teams at Hive Autonomy

Build Hive’s US market for autonomous heavy machinery by generating pipeline, targeting industrial accounts, managing complex deals end to end, launching initial customer deployments, expanding accounts, and creating the US sales playbook. The role requires an established industrial network, consultative selling ability, technical fluency, quota achievement, multi-stakeholder deal experience, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Designs and integrates electrical systems between Hive autonomy hardware and customer vehicles. Responsibilities include analyzing vehicle architectures, designing wiring harnesses and low-voltage power distribution, selecting electrical components, defining CAN and J1939 interfaces, producing schematics and BOMs, validating electrical performance, troubleshooting vehicle systems, supporting safety reviews, and guiding technicians during installation and testing.

Owns end-to-end integration of autonomous vehicle retrofits, from vehicle assessment and mechanical installation through system bring-up, debugging, testing, field commissioning, and customer acceptance. Coordinates mechanical, electrical, embedded, robotics, and deployment teams while developing adapter kits, bills of materials, drawings, installation procedures, and repeatable integration processes.
