The Office Sales Manager leads project pursuits and drives the Sophisticated Sales Approach, develops strategic plans, manages client relations, and monitors performance metrics.

Provide financial guidance across project lifecycles including budgeting, profitability analysis, cash flow, invoice management, GAAP-based earnings reviews, forecasting EACs, resolving cost variances, and supporting contract compliance. Produce reports, mentor junior finance staff, and collaborate with project managers and cash teams to optimize revenue and billing processes.

Serve as the firm's enterprise cloud subject-matter expert focused on Microsoft Azure. Define cloud architecture, standards, landing zones, governance, and FinOps; build proofs of concept and reference implementations; lead migrations and hybrid-cloud designs; advise executives; review solutions; mentor IT staff; and provide technical leadership across infrastructure, data, application, AI, and security domains.

The Project Director leads project management plans, manages client relationships, ensures financial performance, oversees project staffing, and leads pursuits of mega projects.
