Provide toll technology and policy planning, implementation and operations oversight across the toll revenue collection lifecycle. Advise clients and HNTB offices from current-state assessment through concept of operations, procurement, implementation, testing, and operations. Lead technical tasks, manage SMEs, produce deliverables and reports, support pursuits, ensure quality control, and maintain direct client communication.

Provide financial guidance across project lifecycles including budgeting, profitability analysis, cash flow, invoice management, GAAP-based earnings reviews, forecasting EACs, resolving cost variances, and supporting contract compliance. Produce reports, mentor junior finance staff, and collaborate with project managers and cash teams to optimize revenue and billing processes.

Serve as the firm's enterprise cloud subject-matter expert focused on Microsoft Azure. Define cloud architecture, standards, landing zones, governance, and FinOps; build proofs of concept and reference implementations; lead migrations and hybrid-cloud designs; advise executives; review solutions; mentor IT staff; and provide technical leadership across infrastructure, data, application, AI, and security domains.
