Designs, maintains, and improves enterprise endpoint infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Responsibilities include endpoint management, patching, software deployment, vulnerability remediation, automation, threat hunting, incident response, user access management, monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service reliability improvements. The role partners cross-functionally, leads technical initiatives, mentors engineers, and participates in on-call support.

Supports data science initiatives by developing algorithms and models against large datasets, analyzing business problems, and generating insights that improve profitability, efficiency, and customer experience. Communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences, contributes to reports and presentations, and builds expertise in areas such as optimization, computer vision, recommendation systems, search, and NLP.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and supports enterprise infrastructure across hybrid environments. Responsibilities include platform architecture, automation, GitOps workflows, monitoring and observability, performance tuning, application and database support, incident response, root-cause analysis, documentation, vendor issue resolution, and infrastructure upgrades. The role supports high-availability data center and supply chain platforms, participates in architecture reviews and project planning, and requires rotational on-call availability.
