The Pro Sales Manager leads a team of Outside Sales Representatives, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development through strategic planning and relationship management.

Assist in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining production software. Participate in agile processes, follow engineering best practices, support security, performance, and monitoring, and collaborate to deliver product features while continuously learning and improving.

Support workforce management operations by forecasting, monitoring real-time performance, creating and adjusting schedules, maintaining records, resolving software/hardware issues (SCCM, PCLS), generating reports, liaising with vendors and site leadership, and providing training and documentation to improve staffing and service levels.
