Teams at Hometap

Own a full inbound sales pipeline for Hometap's home equity investment product: educate homeowners, guide applications from first call to close, coordinate with internal teams, use Salesforce and proprietary tools, meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, and maintain compliance and high-quality homeowner communication.

Provide legal support for vendor, technology, and commercial agreements; advise on powers of attorney and trust matters; support third-party risk management, contract management system implementation, litigation and regulatory matters; partner cross-functionally to enable scaling while managing consumer-financial regulatory risk.

Manage day-to-day underwriting team operations to meet productivity, accuracy, and guideline adherence; evaluate applicants and make investment recommendations; handle escalations and edge cases; monitor QC and emerging risk trends; coach and develop underwriters; partner with Sales, Processing, and Closing; recruit and plan succession; and adapt underwriting processes to changing conditions to achieve team and company metrics.
