Lead customers in observability strategy, telemetry schema design, sampling, instrumentation, and SRE practices. Build and ship production instrumentation, SLOs, and dashboards; mentor engineering teams; troubleshoot technical and sociotechnical issues; create enablement content; and represent customer insights internally. The role combines long-term technical advisory work with hands-on delivery across cloud platforms, infrastructure, CI/CD, and distributed systems.

Manage US, Canada, UK, and global Employer of Record payroll operations; validate payroll data, process special payments, maintain compliance, audit tax records, reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, and support financial audits. Administer payroll and expense systems, maintain employee and benefits data, produce payroll reports, document controls, analyze payroll expenses, and respond to employee inquiries while collaborating with HR and Finance.

Design, implement, and support high-performance storage and query infrastructure handling billions of events. Independently scope and deliver complex projects, optimize query performance, improve reliability, participate in on-call rotations, define KPIs and SLOs, reduce operational toil, debug production issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.
