Lead Tridium’s business-development and channel strategy across building-automation markets. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, developing distributor and partner relationships, growing revenue, managing account and territory plans, supporting partner enablement and go-to-market initiatives, and coaching a business-development team. The role requires extensive travel across the United States and Canada and expertise in building automation, Niagara platforms, channel sales, and strategic partnerships.

Oversee modular fabrication yards and third-party vendors producing process equipment and skid-mounted systems. Manage schedules, materials, resources, quality inspections, HSE compliance, logistics, budgets, productivity metrics, and risk mitigation. Interpret engineering drawings and piping documentation while coordinating with project, procurement, QA/QC, logistics, and regional stakeholders. Frequent travel across Greater China is required, with potential international relocation as projects progress.

Own channel relationships and sales growth across an assigned territory for access control and video products. Develop account strategies, manage VARs and partners, negotiate contracts, respond to RFPs, provide product training and technical support, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and operations teams while monitoring market trends, forecasting performance, and executing strategic initiatives. Travel up to 75% within the territory.
