Lead strategic account growth for Honeywell's Energy Vertical (Utilities and Oil & Gas) by developing account plans, building stakeholder relationships, driving adoption of LenelS2/Pro-Watch integrated security solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and expanding the North American project pipeline to meet revenue and AOP goals.

Lead end-to-end development and launch of multiple hardware/firmware/software integrated product programs. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional global teams, drive commercialization and design transfer to manufacturing, mitigate risks, report status to leadership, ensure compliance with product development processes, and collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and customers.

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and eLearning training for customers and resellers. Conduct needs analyses, create storyboards, simulations, assessments, and course content. Partner with SMEs, deploy content to LMS, evaluate effectiveness, support product launches, and mentor training staff.
