Develops and manages enterprise, employee, leadership, corporate, and external communications. Responsibilities include communications planning, stakeholder partnership, writing and editing, storytelling, channel coordination, project execution, performance measurement, workflow improvement, and brand and reputation support. The role translates complex business topics into engaging audience-focused content, manages multiple communications initiatives, coordinates internal partners and vendors, and recommends improvements based on performance insights.

Supports enterprise business processes and technology systems by eliciting and documenting requirements, performing gap and issue analysis, translating business needs into technical specifications, and designing process improvements. Coordinates small to mid-sized projects, monitors deliverables, and ensures solutions meet organizational standards. Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitates communication, manages requirements throughout delivery, and provides guidance to less experienced staff.

Coordinates technology releases across multiple teams, managing schedules, readiness criteria, change tickets, deployment plans, risks, dependencies, communications, and post-release reviews. Facilitates release planning, Change Advisory Board activities, testing, production deployments, infrastructure readiness, rollback planning, and off-hours implementations. Partners with technical and business stakeholders to ensure releases are approved, deployed, validated, and continuously improved. Requires strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, change management, deployment processes, branching, build management, and Agile and ITIL practices.
