Serve as strategic sales/revenue operations partner for AMER Enterprise and MSP/MSSP, owning forecasting, pipeline health, quota design, capacity planning, compensation inputs, territory modeling, ROE governance, and executive reporting while partnering with Finance, RevOps Systems, and Channel teams.

Lead and grow a BI and analytics team to build scalable, AI-enabled reporting and self-service analytics. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver executive dashboards, standardize metrics, ensure data quality and governance, and use AI tools to automate insights and accelerate dashboard development.

Lead the data engineering team to modernize data architecture, ensure data quality, and manage the internal data platform for analytics and decision-making.
