Provide nursing education and employee health services: develop and deliver training, orient and coach staff, run continuing education, conduct employee health assessments, support infection control, maintain records, and collaborate on policies to promote workforce health and compliance.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders using evidence-based care and medication-assisted treatment; develop individualized treatment plans; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; document care in the EMR; participate in team meetings, group therapy, and community outreach.

Lead and supervise nursing staff in a clinical setting, oversee hiring, scheduling, performance management, training, competencies, supply ordering, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Provide coaching, evaluate nursing services and staff competencies, and work 36 clinical hours weekly.

Provide peer-based, recovery-oriented support to patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Build therapeutic rapport, reinforce treatment plans, assist with crisis de-escalation, support admissions and discharge planning, document interactions, help with basic patient care and meals, and collaborate with clinical teams to promote continuity of care.

Provide emergency medical care including assessment, exam, labs/imaging interpretation, high-technical procedures, prescriptions, disposition, and staff mentoring/education. Participate in medical staff governance and meet scheduled shift minimums.

Provide administrative backup to finance and legal: handle mail, scanning, deposits, purchasing assistance, asset tracking, extract/report revenue-cycle data, collaborate on reporting, and support special projects.
