Teams at Hospital Management

Provide nursing education and employee health services: develop and deliver training, orient and coach staff, run continuing education, conduct employee health assessments, support infection control, maintain records, and collaborate on policies to promote workforce health and compliance.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders using evidence-based care and medication-assisted treatment; develop individualized treatment plans; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; document care in the EMR; participate in team meetings, group therapy, and community outreach.

Lead and supervise nursing staff in a clinical setting, oversee hiring, scheduling, performance management, training, competencies, supply ordering, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Provide coaching, evaluate nursing services and staff competencies, and work 36 clinical hours weekly.
