Seek, evaluate, negotiate, and close home acquisitions for a national home‑buying company. Follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, perform due diligence, prepare contracts, present offers to homeowners, and coordinate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and title to complete closings. Remote role with regular in‑person client meetings.

The Recruiter will source, screen, and manage talent acquisition while also training managers and assisting with HR responsibilities for a remote company.
