Software Engineer II supporting production systems by triaging engineering escalations, resolving software bugs, shipping fixes, executing database changes, monitoring performance, and participating in on-call incident response. The engineer will work primarily with TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Grafana, and Sentry in a remote-first environment.

Own and improve software test automation across the development lifecycle. Develop unit, component, API, and browser tests; create test fixtures and data; collaborate with engineering and product teams on testability; diagnose CI and production issues; improve flaky tests; report coverage and risk; and use AI-assisted development with independent validation.

Senior Product Manager responsible for identifying platform problems, defining product solutions, prioritizing roadmaps, documenting requirements, and driving launches. Collaborates with clinical operations, design, engineering, customers, and users to improve a healthcare dispensing platform. Requires technical depth, AI-native workflows, SQL fluency, data-driven decision-making, operational comfort, user research with clinicians or operators, and strong product judgment. Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge and regulated-product experience are preferred.
