Performs standard and advanced secretarial and administrative duties under general supervision. Supports a manager or senior manager, completes independent project assignments, and applies department practices and district policies and procedures.

Assists teachers and education professionals with instructional activities, test administration, and direct services for students or parents. May provide specialized support to students with special educational needs under professional supervision.

Coordinates district-wide recruitment plans, talent pipelines, sourcing partnerships, candidate relationships, and recruiting platforms. Collaborates with school and department leaders to fill vacancies, provides hiring guidance, analyzes recruiting data, reports trends, and recommends strategy improvements. Leads projects and provides work guidance to team members without formal supervisory responsibility.
