Teams at Hovercraft

Lead end-to-end creative production for digital, branding, design, and spatial projects. Manage client relationships, cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, scope, quality assurance, reporting, and issue resolution. Mentor junior producers and collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, technical teams, and external partners. The role requires strong creative project management experience, familiarity with Agile practices, and travel for client interactions, shoots, site visits, activations, and workshops.

Manage integrated creative projects spanning campaigns, brand systems, retail and environmental design, content, animation, and interactive installations. Coordinate creative teams, clients, vendors, timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables. Develop project plans, assess feasibility and risks, provide status updates, improve production processes, and support on-site project management. The role requires strong communication, organization, client collaboration, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex workflows.

The Designer will create visual concepts, collaborate with teams, and adapt designs within brand guidelines while ensuring high-quality execution across projects.
