Drive growth of HP Z high-performance workstations in the AI PC market, emphasizing AMD platforms. Engage strategic customers and partners, support qualification and sales, develop customized solutions, advise on proofs of concept and training, create technical collateral and TCO models, share customer requirements with product teams, and lead industry-focused sales efforts. The role requires strong technical, business, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with more than 50% domestic travel.

Leads enterprise AI strategy, governance, platform administration, financial controls, intake workflows, portfolio prioritization, vendor partnerships, and value measurement. Oversees AI platform licensing, access, usage, budgets, chargebacks, security and privacy reviews, responsible AI practices, executive reporting, and cross-functional delivery across federated teams. Manages senior contributors and managers while coordinating partners including Microsoft, OpenAI, GitHub, AWS, ServiceNow, and Deloitte.

Leads global go-to-market strategy and business planning for HP’s software portfolio. Owns annual planning and QBR cadence, translates strategy into execution plans, manages recurring revenue and subscription growth initiatives, defines KPIs, improves forecasting rigor, and aligns Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Generates performance insights, supports launches, identifies risks and opportunities, and drives corrective actions across global and market teams.
