Map processes, prioritize and run automation projects end-to-end, deliver training and change management, track productivity metrics, pilot software and AI tools, and ensure data privacy and security while driving adoption and measurable efficiency gains.

Fall internship supporting tenant-representation team in Austin. Interns will learn commercial real estate, perform administrative tasks, assist advisors, attend meetings, take notes, communicate with professionalism, research topics, and contribute to team projects during a 6–8 week program (Aug–Dec).
