Build and maintain enterprise-grade Playwright automation frameworks, integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and expand regression coverage across SaaS applications and APIs. Drive AI-assisted test generation using tools such as Claude, establish QA standards and metrics, prioritize automation opportunities, collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams, and mentor junior QA staff.

The Account Executive will manage qualified inbound leads, drive full-cycle sales, conduct product demos, and develop proposals for SaaS solutions in EHS and compliance industries. They will also expand opportunities and maintain account activity using Salesforce.

Serve as primary contact for LMS administrators and users: troubleshoot issues, manage support cases, train customers, administer LMS functionality, escalate technical problems, document interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
