Lead brand identity, visual direction, design systems, and end-to-end web and product design across multiple client engagements. Build scalable systems with components, documentation, governance, and design tokens; use AI tools to accelerate exploration and iteration; present decisions to clients; and collaborate with engineers, strategists, and AI practitioners to ensure implementable handoffs.

The Managing Director of Technology will lead technical delivery for enterprise clients, shape AI strategy, build engineering teams, and manage architecture and infrastructure decisions while ensuring successful execution of AI systems.

Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements: diagnose opportunities, build 0-to-1 AI products and workflows, manage senior client relationships, and deploy AI tools. Combine strategy and hands-on execution, prototype solutions rapidly, communicate with executives, support go-to-market efforts, and contribute to internal delivery practices. Applicants must show proof of an AI-built product, workflow, or tool.
