Leads managers and enterprise client relationships to drive retention, expansion, satisfaction, and successful adoption of a retirement savings platform. Responsibilities include coaching teams, monitoring KPIs, resolving escalations, collaborating cross-functionally, implementing account-management processes, developing client success plans, and improving operational systems. The role requires strong people leadership, analytical problem-solving, SaaS account management, client advocacy, and experience with CRM or customer success platforms.

Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting and product demonstrations through contract negotiation and close. Build and manage pipelines, research target companies, provide technical assistance, document sales activities in Salesforce, and use sales technology tools effectively. The role requires exceeding quotas, supporting small-business customers, handling objections, and maintaining resilient, accountable, solutions-oriented relationships.

Uses analytics to identify process vulnerabilities, optimize sales operations, and turn large datasets into actionable recommendations. Builds and maintains datasets, models, dashboards, and reports in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets; improves Salesforce processes and flows; establishes metric tracking; collaborates with engineers, product managers, and business partners; and presents insights to drive operational and customer outcomes.
