Lead state advocacy and government engagement across CO, NM, and TX. Develop and execute political engagement plans; cultivate relationships with state officials and agencies; advance legislative, regulatory, and public sector priorities; manage consultants and trade associations; align advocacy with market growth; monitor state policy risks and opportunities; support procurement and provide timely policy insights to internal stakeholders.

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain secure, scalable enrollment, billing, and CRM integration applications. Ensure PCI-compliant payment processing, system integrations, documentation, testing, code quality, troubleshooting, and on-call support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adhere to regulatory and Humana Military compliance standards.

Lead cross-functional evaluations of Medicare Advantage risk adjustment policies, advise senior leaders, influence industry and CMS proposals, design mitigation strategies, and support responses to CMS to protect financial and member outcomes for Humana.
