Leads large-scale Workday and enterprise transformation engagements for commercial clients. Serves as executive advisor, oversees program delivery, governance, budgets, risks, margins, and client satisfaction, and guides geographically dispersed consulting teams. Advises leaders on workforce, finance, supply chain, procurement, operating models, AI, automation, and Workday roadmaps. Develops talent, supports business development, manages strategic relationships, and drives additional consulting opportunities.

Leads the strategic oversight, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Endowments and related Financials modules. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Advancement, Treasury, and IT stakeholders; manages funds, workflows, reporting, integrations, release testing, data governance, and compliance. Provides end-user training and support while driving process improvements, system enhancements, and implementation or support initiatives.

Supports turnaround and restructuring engagements through financial, operational, and business performance analysis. Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, financial modeling, operational assessments, recommendation development, client-facing presentations, stakeholder collaboration, and participation in client meetings and workshops. The analyst works with consultants and organizational leaders to address financial distress, improve performance, stabilize operations, and support strategic transformation initiatives.
