Lead and develop a team of People Business Partners for business professionals, align HR initiatives with business objectives, advise senior legal leadership, oversee talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management, compensation support, employee relations, change management, and drive continuous improvement and analytics-informed people practices across the legal/professional services unit.

Lead operational execution for the Financial Services & Capital Markets SBU. Implement strategy, improve processes, manage budgeting and KPIs, support talent lifecycle and staffing, liaise with firm operations, and present regular reports to SBU leadership to drive growth and client service excellence.

Monitor shared mailboxes and independently docket pleadings and deadlines using firm docketing software. Research court, agency, and judge rules; verify jurisdictions and docket accuracy; prepare matter reports; respond to attorneys and staff; and support continuous improvement and special projects for the Docket Team.
