Supports U.S. tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities, including current and deferred tax provisions under IFRS, cross-border U.S.-Canada tax matters, treaty interpretation, withholding tax, and tax due diligence for transactions and reorganizations. Partners with actuarial, finance, claims, product, sales, and IT teams to automate reporting and apply AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve risk selection, operational efficiency, and portfolio growth.

Manages administrator and obligor accounting operations, including monthly close, general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, regulatory reporting, internal controls, KPI reporting, and fraud prevention. Leads staff accountants, drives process improvements, reviews financial activity, supports sales variance analysis, and develops accounting policies and procedures while partnering with operational, financial, sales, and accounting leadership.

Supports the Legal Department with corporate and compliance matters, including reviewing agreements and pleadings, coordinating discovery and litigation calendars, conducting legal and regulatory research, assisting with licensing, maintaining legal records, and responding to internal legal inquiries. The role also involves administrative support such as scheduling, billing, expense oversight, and filing, while coordinating with counsel, regulators, vendors, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end IT initiatives, coordinating business, application, data, infrastructure, and vendor teams. Establish practical project governance, manage risks and dependencies, support change adoption, develop delivery processes and playbooks, coordinate vendors, maintain audit-ready documentation, and provide executive-level reporting. Serve as a strategic delivery partner and internal chief of staff to the CIO while improving IT prioritization, capacity planning, and operational maturity.

The Account Executive develops dealership relationships, generates new business, sells automotive warranty and F&I products, and drives revenue growth. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing sales and finance processes, conducting dealership reviews, training F&I and sales staff, supporting recruitment and onboarding, improving product penetration and profitability, and making regular store visits. The role requires automotive dealership F&I leadership experience, strong sales and closing ability, and travel of up to 50%.

Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce users, security settings, custom objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud. Maintain data quality through imports, exports, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Support governance, testing, releases, documentation, user onboarding, training, adoption, and continuous platform improvement while providing stakeholder and end-user assistance.
