Business Analyst serves as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications; supporting Agile backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance testing; and analyzing processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, automation opportunities, and measurable improvements.

Oversee insurance underwriter, administrator, and obligor accounting activities, including monthly close, journal entries, financial reviews, reconciliations, KPI reporting, internal controls, process improvements, and audit coordination. Support client relationships, trust reimbursements, fraud prevention, and resolution of accounting issues while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
