On-call senior disaster recovery specialist supporting FEMA Public Assistance projects: assess facility damage, create damage inventories and cost estimates, review FEMA project worksheets, support cost estimators, oversee recovery staff, apply FEMA policies (404/406/428), manage grant compliance and procurement, track cases in project reporting systems, attend stakeholder meetings, and deploy for multi-week field assignments.

On-call FEMA Public Assistance technical specialist providing disaster recovery, grant monitoring, damage assessment, cost estimation, and project formulation. Review project worksheets, apply FEMA policies (including Hazard Mitigation/428 procedures), support project teams, attend stakeholder meetings, track project reports, and travel to disaster sites for multi-week deployments.

Lead and supervise multiple case coordination teams supporting ORR care providers and federal staff to recommend safe, timely releases and placements for unaccompanied children. Provide clinical and case consultation, train and evaluate staff, conduct on-site visits, identify trends, coordinate elevated cases with federal partners, and ensure trauma-informed child welfare practices. Position requires bilingual Spanish/English, regional travel up to 10%, and availability for some nights/weekends.
