Provide senior-level Public Assistance support for FEMA PA program delivery: analyze and develop project worksheets, resolve complex policy and operational issues, provide training and technical assistance, track cases and performance metrics, maintain reporting, and deploy to disaster recovery sites for multi-week assignments as required.

On-call lead responsible for overseeing FEMA Public Assistance grant review, QA/QC, financial reconciliation, procurement and invoice validation, policy interpretation, team supervision, reporting, and site visits to support disaster recovery projects.

Provide FEMA Public Assistance program support including project worksheet analysis, grants administration, policy guidance, stakeholder coordination, case tracking, and performance measurement. Deploy to disaster sites for multi-week assignments, ensure timely fiscal and administrative processes, deliver customer service, and resolve complex programmatic issues in disaster recovery operations.
