Advises senior leadership on market competitiveness, recruitment and retention impact, compliance, budgeting, and cost control. Oversees benefits administration, employee engagement, wellness initiatives, third-party partnerships, and multiple teams. Ensures compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and related regulations while evaluating programs, managing performance, and supporting organizational strategy.

Provides front-office support at a public charter school by greeting families and visitors, managing phone calls and campus access, coordinating student pickups and records, maintaining forms and documents, directing inquiries, and serving as a liaison between parents, students, and staff. The receptionist must provide bilingual English/Spanish customer service and may back up the nurse or health aide.

Implements and maintains enterprise security controls across networks, systems, data centers, and applications. Responsibilities include administering WAF, SIEM, firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust, endpoint protection, and secure file transfer systems; reviewing architecture, validating configurations, managing patches, analyzing vulnerabilities and alerts, researching threats, recommending security improvements, and guiding Security Analysts.

Leads instructional staff and coaches teachers to improve classroom performance and student outcomes. The Assistant Principal monitors academic data, reviews lesson plans, supports curriculum and assessment implementation, manages behavior systems, oversees tutoring, communicates with families, and develops a strong school culture. The role supervises teachers, conducts observations and evaluations, facilitates data-driven improvement, and supports the school’s mission of preparing all students for college.

Supports daily team operations, administrative tasks, project execution, documentation, reporting, meetings, and organizational initiatives. Maintains files, trackers, shared resources, milestones, and deliverables while developing professional skills. Requires Excel, PowerPoint, and Word knowledge, strong customer service, multitasking, organization, communication, and independent work capabilities. This full-time Austin role may require travel to training events.

Supports the Professional Development team with administrative tasks, project execution, training data and attendance tracking, planner and catalog maintenance, event logistics, compliance checks, helpdesk triage, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. The intern also maintains shared resources, documents project milestones, supports communications, and identifies opportunities to improve organization and efficiency while developing foundational professional skills.

Leads implementation of the academic model across multiple campuses in the Austin region. Supports campus leaders and instructional staff through coaching, professional development, observations, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Manages 6–10 content coaches and collaborates with academic, talent, and accountability teams. Interprets state accountability data, develops intervention strategies, leads innovation pilots, and engages school, family, and community stakeholders to improve student achievement.

Oversee general ledger, payroll accounting, cash and bank reconciliations, balance sheet integrity, intercompany accounting, and capital asset management across multiple entities. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepare audit-ready schedules; support audits and internal controls; reconcile payroll, benefits, and capital asset accounts; and identify process improvements. The role is fully remote, with preference for Florida or Ohio candidates and travel of up to 20%.
