Leads strategic benefits and wellness planning for more than 10,000 employees across four states. Oversees benefits administration, wellness programs, compliance, budgets, vendor partnerships, and multiple teams. Advises senior leadership on market competitiveness, recruitment and retention impact, equity, cost savings, and program performance. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, evaluates initiatives, manages team performance, and supports organizational expansion and strategic priorities.

Provides front-office reception and customer service for students, families, staff, and visitors. Manages campus traffic, verifies visitor credentials, coordinates student pickups, maintains forms and records, answers and routes calls, communicates announcements, and serves as a liaison between families and school teams. The receptionist also provides lead team support and backs up the nurse or health aide while maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Leads implementation of the academic model across multiple campuses in the Austin region. Supports campus leaders and instructional staff through coaching, professional development, observations, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Manages 6–10 content coaches and collaborates with academic, talent, and accountability teams. Interprets state accountability data, develops intervention strategies, leads innovation pilots, and engages school, family, and community stakeholders to improve student achievement.
