Volunteer UI/UX Designer to lead product design for web and mobile: research, ideation, detailed design, testing, implementation, and mentoring. Create digital marketing assets, shape brand, drive roadmap, attend weekly standups, and commit at least 4 hours/week. Unpaid until funding; first assignment supports a fundraising campaign.

Build and maintain web crawling and scraping pipelines to collect, transform, and deliver third-party healthcare data. Research sources, assess feasibility, implement extraction strategies, test for quality, and maintain scrapers when sources change. Participate in weekly standups and initial fundraising activity.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research for a Provider Lookup platform. Design and run usability tests, focus groups, and surveys; analyze data to produce actionable insights; collaborate with designers, product, and developers to implement usability improvements; participate in weekly standups and support a fundraising campaign.
