Conducts outbound calls and email outreach to promote proteomics products, qualifies inbound and marketing leads, schedules appointments, nurtures opportunities, supports field sales representatives, tracks outreach in Salesforce, and meets activity and sales goals.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cloud-based applications within an Agile team. Collaborate on architecture, product requirements, and software development; troubleshoot production issues; evaluate technologies; provide technical leadership; and optimize performance through memory management, parallelization, and algorithm efficiency. The role also involves building multitenant database architectures, implementing secure APIs and event-driven systems, writing unit tests, and debugging complex software issues.

Design, implement, and maintain custom test frameworks for Illumina's primary analysis software. Create and expand automated tests, troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures, collaborate with developers to diagnose root causes, and ensure tests are reproducible, documented, and maintainable as analysis capabilities evolve.
