Leads Imprint’s fraud prevention strategy across new account, first-party, and transaction fraud. Owns fraud loss outcomes, controls, team performance, and strategic priorities. Manages three fraud leads, partners with modeling and engineering teams, communicates risk and performance to executives, and serves as an operational backstop during severe fraud incidents. Requires deep money-movement fraud expertise, technical fluency in SQL, SAS, or Python, and experience leading fraud teams with loss or P&L accountability.

Leads a small design team while owning end-to-end creative execution for co-branded credit card programs. Translates partner briefs into card designs, visual systems, presentations, and production-ready mechanicals. Coaches designers, presents and defends creative work to clients, coordinates with brand and product stakeholders, and ensures quality across card, digital wallet, and mobile app contexts. Participates in press checks and printer coordination while maintaining consistency throughout each program lifecycle.

Leads strategy, operations, and outcomes for escalations, back office operations, credit reporting, and social media support. Builds scalable processes, metrics, tooling, analytics, and outsourced team models; implements AI-enabled solutions; partners with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Tech, Product, and Engineering; and drives root-cause improvements and regulatory adherence.
