Own product strategy and roadmap across SaaS, connected hardware, and healthcare integrations. Build the Product function, lead discovery with caregivers and stakeholders, establish product processes, coach the team, and align Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. The role requires hands-on prototyping with AI tools, customer research, data-informed decisions, and product leadership in a regulated, safety-critical environment.

Supports enterprise customers at provider and site levels by managing implementations, configuring the platform, coordinating QA and go-lives, delivering training, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and driving adoption, satisfaction, health scores, and ROI. Builds stakeholder relationships, gathers product feedback, supports QBRs, and collaborates with Enterprise CSMs, Product, and Tech Support. Requires travel throughout Missouri, up to 50% of the time.

Lead customer success programming across New Mexico, managing enterprise healthcare and government relationships, multi-site implementations, adoption, renewals, expansion, executive communications, and program outcomes. Manage and develop a team of 1–3 Customer Success Managers, coordinate cross-functional deployments, resolve escalations, represent customer needs to Product and Engineering, and improve scalable customer experience operations.
