Provides field-based operating room and sterile processing support for Stryker and third-party surgical equipment. Responsibilities include equipment setup, readiness checks, intraoperative adjustments, troubleshooting, cleaning, restocking, instrumentation reprocessing, documentation, staff education, and repair coordination. Supports minimally invasive procedures and SPD operations while maintaining safety, privacy, and compliance standards. Requires rotating, on-call, overnight, and weekend availability, physical stamina, occasional travel, and CRCST certification within six months.

Supports orthopedic foot and ankle sales teams through field-based shadowing, sales presentation preparation, account targeting, marketing strategy projects, product and instrument training, kit delivery, warehouse preparation, and special projects. The intern collaborates with sales, operations, drivers, warehouse personnel, and other product teams while developing selling, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Supports enterprise employee communications through strategic storytelling, audience-focused messaging, editorial planning, and multichannel content management. Responsibilities include advising stakeholders on communication strategies, publishing content across intranet, newsletters, email, and digital displays, monitoring engagement analytics, supporting change initiatives, maintaining accurate enterprise information, and reinforcing brand and communication standards. The role also contributes to strategic planning and evaluates emerging communication technologies.
