Provide intra-operative and pre-operative clinical support for joint replacement cases using Mako robotic and manual procedures. Prepare cases, assist with CT-based planning and implant sizing, set up equipment, troubleshoot in the OR, manage account logistics and documentation, train and demo products, maintain surgeon relationships, participate in on-call coverage, and complete required trainings and certifications.

Lead software quality systems and SDLC governance for digital, SaaS, cloud, and connected products. Establish scalable QMS processes, drive risk management, audit and compliance readiness (SOC2/ISO/HIPAA/FDA), support audits, mentor cross-functional teams, and integrate quality into Agile/DevOps/CI-CD workflows.
