Owns end-to-end reinsurance and program partner settlements, including transaction processing, reconciliations, root-cause analysis, reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and partner communications. Applies P&C reinsurance and fronting-carrier knowledge to maintain GL integrity across entities. Uses Duck Creek, Workday, Excel, and reporting tools while improving settlement processes, controls, documentation, and systems. Requires independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to resolve ambiguous issues.

Serves as senior legal advisor to the CEO, Board, and executive team for a private equity-backed property and casualty insurance platform. Leads corporate governance, financings, M&A, insurance and reinsurance matters, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, disputes, technology and data legal issues, and enterprise legal risk. Develops the legal team, manages outside counsel and budgets, and supports strategic growth initiatives.

Leads Incline’s business development strategy for specialty insurance, building proactive pipelines, expanding broker and referral relationships, managing CRM visibility and reporting, and coordinating conference, channel, and account-growth initiatives. Partners closely with underwriting and senior leadership to broaden distribution, convert target MGAs and prospective clients, and institutionalize business development across the enterprise.
