Leads accounting operations and a high-performing team, overseeing monthly close, financial reporting, technical accounting, equity, leases, assets, intercompany transactions, tax deliverables, audits, and M&A integrations. Serves as the Workday accounting expert, supports IPO readiness, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, develops accounting policies and memos, and drives process improvements through AI and systems optimization.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving retention, upsell, renewals, NPS, utilization, and ROI. Develop client strategies, conduct business reviews, manage escalations and onboarding, and serve as a trusted executive advisor. Collaborate cross-functionally on engagement, marketing, implementation, and contractual commitments. Mentor customer success colleagues and maintain accurate CRM documentation.

Supports Workday Financials and related finance applications through configuration, reporting, integrations, testing, production support, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, and technology teams to translate business needs into system solutions, improve workflows, validate data, and deliver finance systems projects.
