Teams at Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM)

Leads stakeholder discovery and requirements gathering for Salesforce-enabled enterprise technology initiatives. Translates business goals into Agile epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and prioritized backlogs. Supports testing, UAT, release readiness, user enablement, and cross-functional delivery across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AI platforms. Uses SQL and data analysis to validate data quality, mappings, transformations, and system dependencies while facilitating decisions and continuous process improvement.

Identify business processes suitable for AI or automation, build and deploy practical solutions, measure their impact, and continuously improve them. Manage AI platform operations, access, licenses, governance, documentation, training, and employee enablement. Prioritize incoming AI requests, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver measurable productivity, quality, and cost improvements.

Develop and enhance IEM’s Infor SyteLine ERP system through the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, coding in Infor Mongoose, VB.NET, and C#, developing SQL-based reports, testing, documentation, upgrades, troubleshooting, end-user support, and training. The role also supports system conversions, maintains applications, and collaborates on ERP solutions involving manufacturing and accounting processes.
