Build and operate power-electronics test benches; execute functional, performance, and stress tests on motor drives and converters; perform lab measurements (voltage, current, power, efficiency, switching waveforms, thermal, EMI); troubleshoot hardware, diagnose field failures, create and run test plans, document results, and maintain safe lab operations.

Own and maintain product configuration across PLM and ERP (Arena, NetSuite), manage BOMs and ECOs, chair Change Control Board and support MRB. Ensure BOM/record accuracy, drive process improvements, train stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and support audit and certification readiness in a regulated discrete manufacturing environment.

Develop and maintain embedded motor control firmware (C/C++) for TI C2000 microcontrollers, implement low-level drivers and hardware interfaces, debug and validate firmware, collaborate with hardware and systems teams, participate in code reviews, and perform hands-on lab testing and validation.

Own regional go-to-market execution for Infinitum in the South Central region: grow OEM HVAC adoption, manage OEM/MEP/rep relationships, support partners with training and design-in, attend industry events, track market trends, and maintain CRM forecasts to drive revenue.

Lead OEM account strategy to secure design wins for Infinitum motors in HVAC product lines. Build executive relationships across OEM engineering, product, and procurement; drive technical and commercial discussions; develop multi-year account plans; manage sales rep ecosystem; track pipeline, forecasts, and competitive trends; and collaborate cross-functionally to tailor messaging and support integration.

Drive account-based business development across the Central US targeting data centers, healthcare, and high-tech manufacturing. Build executive relationships, influence design teams to specify Infinitum motors, manage long sales cycles, partner with engineering for technical alignment, maintain CRM and forecasts, represent the company at industry events, and close large enterprise deals.
