Lead design, characterization, and qualification of PCB stators: design, simulate, prototype, and test circuitry; support R&D, manufacturing, and quality; manage CAM outputs, perform failure analysis and DFM improvements, and transfer products to production while producing documentation and training materials.

Lead end-to-end NPI programs for electro-mechanical products, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams. Drive ILC process adherence, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to deliver products on time, within scope, and on budget.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Austin headquarters, delivering hospitality-driven workplace experiences. Responsibilities include vendor and facilities coordination, new-hire workspace setup, event planning, inventory and purchasing, office maintenance, workplace procedures, cross-functional partnership, and continuous improvement of employee engagement and office efficiency.
