Lead launch and day-to-day operations of a technology-enabled patient access hub, stabilizing new programs, managing human-in-the-loop teams and AI agents, ensuring SLA attainment, compliance (HIPAA, OIG), and continuous tuning of AI-human workflows with cross-functional partners.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI agent and copilot solutions for pharma, payer, and provider clients. Manage integrations (CRM, EMR, data platforms), run pilots, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones/risks, lead client technical sessions, and support QA/UAT, go-live, and hypercare while improving implementation playbooks.

Work with clients to gather technical requirements, configure the Infinitus platform, build CSV/API/standards-based integrations, support QA/UAT and launches, author knowledge graph rules, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple implementations concurrently.
