Lead inKind’s marketing strategy and organization through hyper-growth, combining brand building, consumer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, analytics, product marketing, and partnerships. Own growth metrics, brand positioning, experimentation, marketing investment, and cross-functional alignment while building scalable teams, systems, and capabilities. The role requires transforming inKind into a nationally recognized, category-defining consumer brand in hospitality and loyalty.

Lead inKind’s events function by developing annual strategy, creating and executing conferences, launches, dinners, recruiting events, activations, and internal gatherings. Manage budgets, vendors, venues, logistics, travel, production, and on-site delivery. Partner with cross-functional teams and executives to support brand growth, product launches, partner engagement, recruiting, and pipeline generation. Define event metrics, measure ROI, build scalable playbooks, and optimize performance.

Implement and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns using Braze and data warehouse integrations. Build complex journey flows, dynamic templates (Liquid), audience segmentation, and QA campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and engineering to validate data, ensure compliance (SMS/email), and scale personalized lifecycle messaging.

Build, operate, and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure supporting a high-growth financial and hospitality technology platform. Responsibilities include infrastructure architecture, deployment pipelines, reliability engineering, incident response, observability, security, governance, capacity planning, migrations, and on-call support. The role partners with application engineers, implements infrastructure changes, and improves operational standards and scalability.

Design, build, and operate scalable distributed systems for real-time restaurant payment and financial workflows. Responsibilities include architecting reliable services, protecting sensitive financial data, improving observability and production performance, debugging distributed systems, participating in on-call rotations, applying AI-assisted engineering tools, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring engineers.

Own the development and maintenance of large-scale React Native applications for iOS and Android. Lead architecture improvements, React Native upgrades, native module development, performance optimization, automated testing, CI/CD reliability, and production debugging. Collaborate with cross-functional product pods, contribute to technical discovery and architecture, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards while delivering scalable, maintainable mobile experiences.

Own and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure supporting a financial and hospitality technology platform. Design highly available systems, deployment pipelines, observability, security controls, and infrastructure migrations. Lead incident response, reliability planning, capacity management, and root-cause analysis while participating in on-call rotations. Partner with application engineers, establish infrastructure standards, and mentor platform engineers as the organization scales.

Sell inKind services to restaurants in the Chicago market: source, qualify, and close new partners to meet quotas; maintain pipeline; collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and internal teams; manage relationships; and track deals in Salesforce.
