Lead growth marketing across lifecycle automation, consumer subscriptions, B2B performance marketing, brand, acquisition, retention, and marketing systems. Build behavior-based campaigns, launch subscription programs, optimize paid and owned channels, improve customer lifetime value, and establish scalable experimentation and reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations while leading marketing execution and team development.

Evaluate restaurant funding opportunities by analyzing financial statements, cash flow, liquidity, sales trends, obligations, and operational risks. Recommend funding terms, approve or decline transactions within delegated authority, document underwriting decisions, lead diligence, verify funding conditions, and identify potential fraud. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve underwriting standards, automated workflows, reporting, and risk-based decision-making.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant partner accounts in default, leading outreach, negotiations, payment plans, settlements, restructures, and recovery resolutions. Review contracts, issue default notices, coordinate with Legal on escalations and litigation support, maintain UCC-1 documentation, track recovery metrics, and ensure audit-ready records. The role requires commercial judgment, financial negotiation skills, relationship management, CRM proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
