Greet and manage visitors, operate the front desk, handle phone calls, mail, shipments, supplies, and conference room readiness. Support onboarding, scheduling, events, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks for People, Operations, and Leadership.

Provide administrative support to Enterprise Sales and Affiliate Partnerships, maintain CRM and sales documentation, coordinate internal approvals and onboarding, prepare reports and dashboards, manage calendars and meetings, and support cross-functional communication to ensure efficient sales operations.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant partner accounts in default, leading outreach, negotiations, and resolutions. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations, document agreements, maintain records in Salesforce, track recovery metrics, and continuously improve recovery processes to maximize financial recovery while preserving partner relationships.
