Teams at Innovaderm Research

Leads domestic and international Phase I–III clinical trials from initiation through closure, managing teams, sponsors, sites, vendors, budgets, timelines, quality, risks, regulatory compliance, recruitment, monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Oversees study start-up, trial master file readiness, audit responses, clinical monitoring, data review, and corrective actions. Mentors project managers and contributes to training, process improvement, business development, and therapeutic research activities.

Oversee portfolios of multinational clinical studies, including project managers, budgets, timelines, vendors, quality, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and client relationships. Lead operational proposal development, pricing, business development, performance improvement, and therapeutic-area strategy. Provide mentoring and leadership for project management teams while ensuring adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and FDA and Health Canada requirements.

Lead global clinical trial delivery for dermatology and/or rheumatology studies from start-up through closure. Serve as primary sponsor contact, manage budgets, timelines, vendors and cross-functional teams, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, prepare study deliverables, assess risk and quality, and drive recruitment and operational performance for multisite Phase III and other large multinational trials.
